Dental Anthropology Short Course 2009

16th to 17th September 2009

Teeth remain a recurring source of mystery to anthropologists, osteologists and forensic scientists, and there is a real need for affordable help and instruction, especially for the younger members of our profession. 

This summer we are holding a two-day short course on dental anthropology, immediately before the 11th Annual BABAO conference, which is also being held in Bradford. This two-day workshop is being led by Dr Alan Ogden DDSc BDS BA MSc DRDRCS and Mrs Julia Beaumont BDS MSc and will include both lectures and practical sessions.

Palaeopathology 2 - Plaque, Caries and Periodontal Disease
Palaeopathology 3 - Infections, Granulomas, Cysts, Tumours, Trauma
PRACTICALS 3 and 4 Identification and Recording of Dental Palaeopathology
